Annual Subscribers

Your subscription will renew automatically after 1-year for the 1-year rate in effect at that time. Refunds will not be provided for annual subscriptions. A notice will be sent prior to renewal with the amount and date your credit card will be charged.

• You may opt-out of automatic renewal by logging into your account here. Once you've logged in, click on "Renew" on the header at the top of the page.  From here, you can access your subscriptions.  Under the "Self Service" heading, click on "Manage Subscription" to make the appropriate changes.
• Additionally, you may cancel future charges at any time by calling 1-877-812-1584. The cancelation goes into effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

Monthly Subscribers

Your subscription will renew automatically each month, and you will be charged every month thereafter. Refunds will not be provided for monthly subscriptions. You may opt-out of automatic renewal or cancel future charges at any time by following the steps outlined above. The cancelation goes into effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
